Non-USA Overseas Customers
For customers outside the United Kingdom (but NOT in the USA), please e-mail us with a list of the products you require. We will reply confirming availability and tell you the total cost including postage. If you confirm that you would like to order we will hold goods for you and dispatch them once your payment is received. Payment is recommended via Paypal (see below).
Note to USA Customers
Following recent changes to import tariffs on goods shipped to the USA:
• There is a 10% USA import tariff to be paid on UK goods. We will include this as a separate item on a PayPal invoice so that the tariff will be prepaid before shipping.
• We WILL still be able to supply most items, including our beading kits and patterns, but it may not be possible to send some of our other items.
• Please e-mail us with a list of the products you require. We will reply confirming availability and tell you the total cost including postage and tariff. If you confirm that you would like to order we will hold goods for you and dispatch them once your payment is received.

Overseas customers can pay using a credit or debit card via the secure on-line
payment service at PayPal. If you would like to use this method, e-mail us with a list of the products you require. We will reply confirming availability and tell you the total cost including postage. If you want to confirm the order we will send an e-mailed PayPal invoice which will enable you to pay securely on-line with your credit or debit card.
