SCHEDULE OF THREADING CLASSES

With nearly 30 years' experience teaching, I offer practical stringing and knotting with small groups. Methods taught are also in my books (e.g. The Bead Jewellery Book). Tuition in the classes does not cover beadweaving and beadwork, or beads on wire links.

Classes are held in London, but I would be willing to travel and bring all the necessary materials, subject to agreement on a minimum fee, etc.

I also lecture on many Bead topics, do Bead Identification Roadshows, Consultancy, and unique items from my own Collection can be made available for exhibition.

BASIC 1- DAY CLASS - please enquire!
Students learn several methods of threading beads, knotting and attaching various types of clasps to a professional standard. Included in the price are materials for the small-scale samples of each technique worked on, which you can take home.
It may be possible to purchase additional beads, threads, and bits and pieces.

ADVANCED 1-DAY CLASS please enquire!
More specialised techniques of braiding, threading and knotting for working with antique beads and trade beads with large holes, or large beads with tiny holes.
This class is suitable for students who have mastered the skills taught in the Basic Class.

PERSONAL ONE-TO-ONE TUITION
Personal lessons can be negotiated as my schedule permits.
FEE £40 per student for the Beginners 1-day class, £50 Advanced. Individual tuition, approx 3 hrs £60.
